I am a military brat and grew up all over the country, but spend most of my life in Connecticut and Phoenix. I’m a fried chicken and gravy lover and in my spare time I love to run, lift weights, watch movies, and garden. I am a typical, slightly OCD hygienist and I love finding little things to help improve my patients’ oral health. I became a dental hygienist because I always loved going to the dentist and wanted to deliver the same personable, comfortable experience that I always had. The thing I love most about being a hygienist is helping someone have a better smile and empowering my patients to maintain a beautiful smile for life. I am very passionate about community water fluoridation, xylitol, and flossing.
